The Corn Exchange

The Corn Exchange is back on April 25th. We will be hosting –

Grain of Truth Bakery – We’re an independent bakery located on the eastern-edge of Lincoln making slow-fermented breads and pastries using the finest ingredients

Marshland Cider – Marshland Cider makes uncompromisingly traditional craft cider in small batches, using apples and pears from our newly restored ancient orchard. The cider has a unique character due to the use of Bramley apples along with the use of artisan production techniques.

Silkstone Vineyard – At Silkstone Vinyard, we focus on viticulture (growing of the grapes) and leave the vinification (making of the wine) to specialist contract wine makers, Haygrove Evolution. Our location is one of the driest and low lying in England, perfect condition for growing Bacchus grapes .

Back Garden Bakery – A local small independent local business based in Bracebridge Heath. Selling a wide selection of homemade sweet treats such as Cookie Pies, Brownies, Blondies, Cookies, Cake Trays, Cupcakes & Rocky Roads. Gluten free and vegan alternatives also available.

Sibsey Preserves – Artisanal jam, marmalade, pickles, chutneys, and honey.
